I do not smoke, ( my home is smoke free), i do not drink, i do not take any medications or drugs. I take organic my kind prenatal vitamins, organic my kind calcium, and nordic naturals Dha daily. I do not take any supplements to boost my supply,. My milk is very creamy, great balance of fore and hind milk, is very sweet. I practice very clean and sanitized pumping; wash and sanitize all pump parts after each session and freeze bags using pre sterilized bags. All parts and bags used are BPA FREE. I take pride in how healthy and happy my baby girls are from my milk, and i make sure to eat as healthy as possible, and store properly for safety, all milk is stored in a deep freezer, all milk is from last week of march+.
