Hello, I’m a healthy mother to a healthy baby born November 2021. I eat a nutrient dense diet, take Theralogix prenatals with extra vitamin D. I drink approx. two cups of coffee per day. No alcohol, tobacco, drugs or medications. I have proof of clean blood tests I can provide from the end of my pregnancy. I have had three amazingly healthy children who have thrived on my breast milk. All milk was freshly pumped and placed in a cold deep freezer.
