In September my husband and I welcomed our baby girl! Since then I’ve been able to pump extra milk several times a week to build up a strong supply. I have availability of frozen milk and fresh milk each week! I bag the milk in 3-4oz. servings labeled AM or PM. My diet is keto (low carb/sugar) leaning towards an animal based diet (meat, eggs, fish, cheese). I rarely get sick and my diet keeps me and my baby in excellent health.
