4-month-old cleanly frozen breast milk available for free

I have around 20 ounces of 4-month-old breast milk that had been pumped for a surrogate baby but the baby had moved on to other diets at an advanced age. It has since been deep frozen in compliance with the guidelines issued by the La Leche League.
I am willing to donate it, free of charge to anyone looking to feed their baby. There are still 2 months before it would go past its best before date and I don’t want to discard it.
