I am a healthy mother of 3 children and currently pumping 35 to 40 oz a day extra. I work at an organic grocer and eat a diet free of common allergens. I also take prenatals, vegan DHA, and dairy free probiotics.

My baby is 1 month old and has already gained 4lbs! I started pumping the day I left the hospital so I have first days milk all the way up to now.

I have recent labwork and have previously given to milkbanks and passed all of their screening.I am very clean and wash my hands before I put my pump parts together and again before I transfer the milk into freezer safe bags. I then immediately store any pumped breast milk in my deep freezer so it stays fresh as long as possible. I am also an experienced shipper!
