I am in possession of an abundant amount of breast milk that has been frozen. I started pumping the milk after I had realized that my 9 week old son was overwhelmed by the amount of milk that I was producing. My diet is majorly made up of fresh vegetables and fruits. I also take some little amounts of meat, especially white meat. I am also on certain supplements which were highly recommended by my doctor. I neither smoke nor take alcohol.
