I have a wholesome diet including fresh raw goat’s milk.I also take vitamins and herbal supplements including an herbal blend for milk production.

I am a healthy 26 year old of an active two-year-old boy and a healthy 3-month old boy. My nursing 3-month old gained weight from the time he was born to his first pediatric visit.

Drug free, smoke free, and caffeine free except what little is in chocolate.
