Breast Milk Needed, Please Help

Hello my name is Rachael and I am in desperate need of your help.

I am a 31 year old female with a recent diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. I have had multiple positive ANA tests which is typically a precursor to developing lupus. Aside from the AS I have an autoimmune condition called Vitiligo which is loss of pigmentation in the skin. The white patches on my skin have been spreading rapidly. Many of my current symptoms resemble MS which runs in my family but unfortunately, my rheumatologist had a family emergency and had to close her private medical practice unexpectedly and rather abruptly. So now I am working to transition my care and must get established in a new practice.In the meantime, I am trying very hard to try alternative therapies. I have read of the multiple benefits of breast milk consumption. The dysregulation of my immune system has caused me great amounts of pain and sadness. I understand the controversy of an adult consuming breast milk but please try to be gentle and understand that I am trying nearly everything to manage my symptoms. I am desperate for relief and ulternative options. Thank you for your time!
