Hi Mamas,

I know breast milk is the best source of nutrition for babies. I’m a 27-year old healthy mom of a chubby 4-month old, exclusively breast-fed, baby boy. I take my prenatals and fish oil daily, I love seafood (high in omega-3), and I like to drink organic whole milk in general (high in calcium). Little One is in the 94th percentile for weight, 91st percentile for height, sleeps 9-10 hours each night and is extremely healthy.

I am an active and healthy woman, exercising every another day, and eating a well-balanced diet conducive to producing nutrient-rich breast milk. I have a dedicated freezer filled with my oversupply (approximately 1200oz) of breast milk. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or do drugs of any kind.
