1. Location Southern Michigan
2. Compensation : $3 per ml sold in increments of 5ml syringes
3. Local or shipping: both
4. Medications: prenatal, occasional Tylenol or Motrin
5. Is lab work available or willing to have infectious disease labs ran upon request at donee’s cost? Yes
6. Dietary restrictions . None. I try to stick with clean eating as much as possible.
7. Drug, Alcohol & tobacco *including secondhand – No drugs or tobacco.
8. Age of baby/MPP – 2 weeks
9. Dates of milk and how milk has been stored. Deep freezer or regular freezer. – stored in deep freezer as soon as frozen May 1st – may 18
Milk has been kept in deep freezer.

I have two children, a 1 year old who was breast fed and a two week old who is breastfeeding currently! I’ve always been an over supplier and my babies have really great immunity!
