Exclusively pumping Mommy of a 6th month old with oversupply!!

Hello,

I’m a healthy Registered Nurse who has exclusively pumped for breastmilk. My baby is a healthy 6 months and my freezer dedicated just to breastmilk is over flowing. I was planning on just quitting breastfeeding early and using up all the milk, but I decided that it would just be a waste. I consider my BM very precious so serious inquiries please.

I am Korean and therefore my diet consists of Korean food. I am not going to pretend to be vegetarian or vegan just to sell a buck. I do not consume a lot of dairy purely because I don’t like it lol I have never done drugs or smoked. I do not drink alcohol but I do consume the recommended 200mg of caffeine a day due to my occupation. I am not on birth control since I fear it affecting my son.
