Father in need of highly nutritious breast milk for baby

I am a single father with a very healthy 3 week old baby. The baby’s health has begun deteriorating ever since my first breast milk supplier moved places. I would therefore like to get s very reliable source of breast milk for my young one to help with nutritional purposes. I would prefer if the milk came from a breast milk donor who has been through all the necessary tests and who has been certified for the same. Should also be very strong I am willing to pay $4.50.
