Over producer with 700-900 oz available! And possibly more in future if my production continues at this rate. I am an active, clean eating mom of a beautiful 1-month old who is at a healthy weight. Exclusively breastfed with this liquid gold! In the early months so the nutritional value is immense. All bottles sanitized daily. I have slight ocd. All bags lay flat, with air out of them. My son has gained over 3lbs in the past month. 3 inches. So growth is well. He is very active and aware as well!

I take the following supplements DAILY:

– Organic Postnatal vitamins
– 2000-4000 units of Vitamin D3 thats Organic (essential for breastfed babies)
-Organic and sustainably harvested Dha

My diet also includes lots of avocado, olive oil, and nuts/nut butters for good healthy fat content! I eat 98% Organically. I do smoke Organic tobacco in small amounts on occasion. No covid vaccine, but had covid in January and I am healthy along with my 10lb 1 month old!

I drink an average of 1 gallon of water per day to keep up with my active lifestyle while exclusively breastfeeding.
