Golden Nectar from the Sunshine State

Hi! This breast milk is from the gorgeous, sunny state of Florida where we spend our days soaking up Vitamin D on the beach, running from alligators, and visiting the most magical place on Earth. Not really to the alligators but we do see an occasional one here and there. This milk comes from a momma of two who has breastfed with both. I am currently producing quite an oversupply that my three-month-old cannot keep up with. I am a 30-year-old, 5′ 4″ mom who eats an average diet including meats, fruit, starches, and vegetables with an occasional indulgence to eat something sweet. I do NOT smoke, use drugs, or take any prescription medications. I do take Plexus products including vitamins and a probiotic (all of which have been approved by OB, maternal-fetal specialist, and pediatrician). Gut health for the win for my babies! (please reach out if you have questions about these. I will gladly answer them). In order to keep up with my 2-year-old tornado I do consume caffeine. I exercise regularly (reference previous sentence). I have both a frozen supply and a fresh supply (though I will be keeping some of the fresh for my 3-month-old).
