I have the healthiest breast milk you’ll find. I eat organic vegetables and fruits with some grass-fed and organic meat. I also consume wild-caught salmon and a whole food organic pre-natal. I have probiotic rich milk. My baby is gaining weight very well and is chubby. I NEVER eat processed foods, soy, HFCS, food dye, artificial flavors, MSG, peanuts, gluten, hydrogenated oils (no seed oils), or sugar. I make every meal from scratch and drink only Berky filtered water and organic breast milk tea. I also have covid-antibodies. I am on zero medication and never drink alcohol.
