Healthy mother of a child (5 months), who adheres to a very active, healthy diet. I produced a lot of milk and I continue to produce. About 1,500oz available. I never smoked cigarettes/anything or drunk alcohol, and am strictly drug-free. I eat 50% non-GMO and 50% organic, which is hard to find but I make it work! I avoid fast food and most processed foods in my diet, and I ate organic multi-vitamins daily, including organic iron and calcium/vitamin D per doctor recommendations. I started pumping milk from the very beginning (from January) and I packed everything and froze deeply in a freezer with sealed, strict, specific labelling.
