I am a new mom who is pumping consistently and I have some to share! I am a non-smoker who loves to eat fruit and drink lots of water! I do drink a Diet Coke occasionally, I asked my doctor and she said that doesn’t affect my milk for my baby. I have not had any alcohol while I am nursing/pumping. As soon as I finishing pumping I immediately put the milk into bags and freeze them, so they stay fresh. A little bit about me, I have two children: 1 boy and 1 girl. They ar very healthy and I think, (most moms do) are very bright! I have my Masters in Early Childhood Education and currently I am the Directior if Programming for an Autism Clinic.
