Healthy Breast Milk for your Baby! Extreme Oversupply!

I am a healthy, first time mom of a healthy, happy, and chubby 5 month old girl. I have an oversupply of milk and had to start pumping when she was about a week old. I pump 8-15 oz at a time, 3-4 times a day. I wash the pump parts after each use and sanitize them. All my milk is stored in 6 oz Lansinoh bags and stored at -5 degrees in a deep freezer. She drinks the frozen milk while I’m at work, so all the milk I pump during the day gets frozen. Currently, the milk dates from the middle of December to the present. I do not drink alcohol, do drugs, or take any medication except for a prenatal vitamin. I have never taken any type of lactation supplements.
