Healthy Mom – Over Supply – Dairy and Soy free diet

Hi there! I am a healthy 33 year old with an over supply. I have a healthy diet full of proteins and fruits and vegetables. I have a dairy and soy free diet for my little one, but have an over supply. I do not take any prescription drugs nor any over the counter drugs other than a prenatal and DHA. My little one is EBF and gaining weight like a champ! 80th percentile, I have had no need to supplement. I am a non smoker in a non smoking home. My environment is clean and I don’t use any harsh chemicals and all natural hygiene products. Hope I can help you and your little one!
