Since the birth of my daughter, I have had to exclusively pump my breasts, which is why I think I have so much extra. I have a deep freezer solely for the excess milk!

I eat home-cooked meals. I don’t even own a microwave, in order to stay away from processed food. I do not smoke, drink, or drink caffeine. MY baby is very health and happy, she even sleep through the night at two months old.

For the newborn milk, babies under two weeks old should not eat it, because I was on a mild antibiotic for a short time after coming home from the hospital.
