As a Holistic Nutritionist, the health of my babies is my number 1 priority and I feed my babies the same milk that I pump for you!

My diet is as healthy as can be as I have my Master’s in Holistic Nutrition and I am a Certified Nutritional Chef as well: absolutely NO meat, dairy, gluten, preservatives, added sugars, processed foods, chemicals, or drugs (prescription or OTC). I am also a Pilates and Barre Instructor, so health truly is my #1 priority! *No vaccines either.

I have sent milk to over 20 families over the years (I have pumped excess milk with all 4 of my children) and EVERY ONE only has great things to say about the milk and how their babies have thrived! I am a very experienced shipper [of breastmilk], but a local family would be great too!

{All of my milk is stored in my deep freezer and packed in 5oz portions. I currently have around 2000 ounces and since my son is a toddler, the milk is EXTRA NUTRIENT DENSE AND FILLED WITH CALORIES}!
