Looking for CLEAN, pure, (no special diet required) breast milk (preferably fresh) for premature 11 month old who is developmentally behind and low percentiles.

Description

Mother to an 11 month old girl born February 2019. She was born 6 weeks premature via emergency C-section, had to be airlifted to the city with various issues that our much smaller hometown hospital didn’t feel comfortable handling, nor were they confident that they had adequate equipment.

In the first quarter she was in the 15th percentile. Then in the second quarter,, she was in the 38th. Now, she is in the 40s.

She is slightly behind, regarding her milestones, she is properly accomplishing about 50% currently.

She is my second child. My first, a boy born in 2008 (What a MAJOR gap, I know!) was born even more prematurely than she was…but he did a bit better than her developmentally. Yes, he was still behind the others, but not as far behind as she has been.

I pumped for the first 4 months. By the time the end of May 2019 came, I was only getting 1-1.5 oz per 20-30 minute session. So, after that, my husband wanted her primarily on formula. The stress, sadness and worry was too much, and he could tell.

From the age of 4m she has gotten some BM.. But only when I have come across a trusted seller or donor.

Sbe is nearly a year now, but I’d like to keep her on BM for as long as possible.. Just to help make up for all that she has lacked already. I believe the benefits are still there,even after one year.

We live in Williston, ND. Thankfully, I have found surrogates, and even a very generous donor nearby,to help supplement the feedings. But I am once again on the hunt for healthy, pure BM. Preferably from a mother who has a child around the same age as mine.
