Lots of Fresh Milk to Give!

Happy mother = happy baby, and vice versa! I’m a happy mother to an extremely happy baby boy! I believe a lot of that has to do with the quality of my milk!

I eat a very balanced diet (lots of vegetables, lean meat, as well as diary products). I also go to the gym regularly so my metabolism and digestive processes are all in perfect working order – allowing all the nutrients from my food to get to my milk!

I don’t drink alcohol, and I’m currently not on any birth control, or any other medication (not even the occasional aspirin for a headache).

I’m able to provide lots of fresh milk, but I’m also able to freeze it for long distance shipping, just let me know if you have a specific preference or would like to ask questions!
