Momma of 2 under 2, healthy baby boys. Producing more milk than my little babe can keep up with.

I am a non smoker, no drug use, non drinker, vaccinated, free of all diseases. Very limited caffeine, and a well balanced diet. I limit my dairy intake, and focus on high protein meals.
I currently take a prenatal, prenatal probiotics and a DHA supplement.

Blood work performed on February 10th, 2022, showed no deficiencies or abnormalities.

Milk is stored in Lansinoh bags, frozen flat, stored in deep freezer.

My baby was born October 11th, 2021.
