I am a healthy 20 year old mother of a 3 month old boy born 6/30/2017. He weighed 4 pounds at birth and currently weighs a whopping 16 pounds!!! I eat very healthy no fast food only home made. I do not eat dairy or soy. I do not drink or smoke no medication and I don’t have ANY medical issues. Caffeine is not in my diet. I take my vitamins religiously. I stay healthy all for my baby boy and produce way to much milk!!
