Healthy early 20s mom overproduces milk

Description

I have currently 500 oz available for sale. About every month-6 weeks I have about 200 oz I put away in the freezer. I currently take prenatal vitamins as well as calcium supplements, I have low calcium since breastfeeding so I take 600 mg every day. I don’t smoke and free of diseases. I typically try to have an all around healthier diet but I am trying to stay away from dairy as it doesn’t work well with my littles tummy.
