I am a very healthy, Non-smoker, Non-drinker, i have never used any drug whatsoever and exercise regularly. I am a mommy to 2 and I am exclusively pumping for my baby at the moment and am an over producer! I take prenatal vitamins everyday, eat very healthy and eat minimal dairy. Mainly nutrient dense foods! I have 400+ ounces of frozen milk ready to go and have taken all precautions on handling/storing safely, etc. I would be happy to Answer any questions and even happy to get a note from my DR if need be!
