His gained approximately 1Ib every 2 weeks. I am very neat generally and I express and store away my milk in a hygienic way and directly kept in my deep freezer meant for my breast milk only. I am able to supply 20 ounces of fresh milk a day. I am able to supply 1000 ounces of frozen milk from November till January 2017. I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs, and I don’t drink. I don’t have diseases and I hardly have a cold. I have gotten my flu shot for the season while pregnant. I have not travel ro Florida or outside the country recently. I eat very well a balanced diet.
