Healthy mother and RN selling quality breast milk

I am producing excessive amounts of breastmilk, and due to intestinal health issues from a genetic disorder, my baby could not take much breastmilk for 1.5 months while hospitalized. I have a big 7 cubic foot freezer full of breast milk dating back to the beginning of June 2021. This huge amount of milk is of course more than my baby needs even now that she is able to eat normally, so I am happy to sell it! I am a healthy 31 year old registered nurse on no meds other than a prenatal multivitamin; I eat a healthy diet and drink no more than 1-2 eight ounce cups of coffee per day. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or take any drugs. My breastmilk is stored in clear twist top containers that show on them the 60 ml (2 oz) measurement; these containers were provided to me by the neonatal intensive care unit at Harris Methodist Hospital in downtown Fort Worth, so they are extremely safe breastmilk storage containers appropriate for even the most vulnerable babies. I always store my breastmilk in a refrigerator within 1 hour of pumping, and I always freeze it within 12 hours of pumping. Each time after I pump, I wash my pump parts with hot water and soap followed by placing them in a steam sterilizer.
