Milk has not been pasteurized, frozen flat right after expression, labeled with date and time pumped, and followed sanitary guidelines. I work out 4x times a week, eat well balanced diet, and continued taking prenatal. I also indulge in one cup of coffee daily, nonsmoker, and no alcohol.
