I am a 35 year old mother to a healthy, happy and chunky little 10 week old 13 and a half lb. girl.
She is thriving on my breast milk at 85th percentile for weight.

I try to eat a healthy diet, which does include meat, dairy and gluten. I also take a prenatal vitamin daily. I drink no more than 8 ounces of coffee a day and drink tons of water.
