So I’m not the fittest of mums… I admit I am slightly on the over-weight side, but I am currently on the weight-watchers diet which means I’m super healthy! Ever since I had my baby (my fourth), I’ve made it my goal in life to become healthier and to provide my baby the most healthy milk I can!

In combination with my cardio workouts, I also take various supplements (from digestive enzymes, to iron). They say breast milk can only have as many vitamins as the mother takes; breast milk doesn’t just become nutritious on its own! The more vitamins the mother takes the better her breast milk, and I’m confident my son is getting the absolute best breast milk, and so can your baby, with the help of my milk!
