Hi, I’m a 24-year-old first-time mom and adhere to a whole-foods and plant-centric diet. I abstain completely from caffeine and alcohol, as I did for the duration of my pregnancy. My husband and I are former D1 full-ride collegiate track athletes and as a result, we’ve enjoyed completely drug-free lives. I maintain an active lifestyle.
I had a medication-free pregnancy and pain-medication-free labor and post-natal period. I am happy to provide my official medical records and test results (negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis) to serious potential buyers.
