Over supply of breast milk

Description

I am a young mother of a beautiful growing baby. I over a huge over supply and am looking to clear up from freezer space. I am healthy and active ( I ran 1/2 marathon 2.5 months postpartum). I eat a mostly clean diet and focus on an 80/20 balance. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I do not use street or recreational drugs. My only caffeine consumption is 1 cup of coffee in the morning otherwise I only drink water. I am a birthing center nurse with extensive breastfeeding education so all my milk is properly stored and frozen. My baby is for the most part still exclusively breastfed and in 9 months has tripled her birth weight.

I have 2500 ounces available now.
