A little more about me
Fitness is important to me, as is good hygiene. I can’t provide any assurance to you that my breast milk is high quality except to offer this: I also feed it to my new son, Caleb! The breast milk I use and the breast milk I ship are the same in how they’re pumped, stored, and handled.

Diet
My family eats a range of simple healthy foods. Our main protein is typically lean ground turkey, chicken breast, or chicken tenderloin. We seldom eat beef. We do not keep soda in the house and we avoid buying sugary foods. We cook using Whole-30 recipes. Instead of pasta, we eat quinoa and spaghetti squash. We buy natural when available and make a few financial sacrifices to buy some organic products. The main products we buy organic are whole milk, apples, yogurt, and nuts.

Shipping Method
I ship breast milk in a sealed styrofoam container with techni-ice (UPS version of dry-ice) to keep it frozen several nights. The styrofoam comes to you snugly inside a cardboard box. You’ll want to be available on the day it’s arriving (I’ll send you tracking information), and unpack and freeze immediately.

Shipping Charge
The shipping charge will be based on your location and paid by the buyer. I’m an experienced shipper and provide you the details up front so you can make a confident payment. UPS ground ships to a wide area within 2-3 days, so I’ve seen shipping as low as $25 to Chicago, plus some handling and packaging charges.
